Start your return online by logging into your account HERE

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account: 
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return. 

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, 
then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

*Please Note: Return items cannot be washed, worn, or altered.
We are unable to accept returns of items purchased from third-party retailers (golf shops, specialty e-commerce stores, or specialty retail stores).
Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Merchandise must be returned within
30 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange.
The shipping and handling of $9.95 will be applied to the original method of payment to return your item. 

EXCHANGES

Any item that needs to be exchanged must be completed in a separate order.

If you would like to exchange an item, to save time, we suggest that you ensure that the requested item is in stock.

Start your return by following the above process under RETURNS. After you submit your return, and it is accepted, place your new order for your desired item.

Please note that any items purchased from tjgolfusa.com can not be exchanged from any third-party retailers (golf shops, specialty e-commerce stores, or specialty retail stores).
